Our world today is so globalized and our schools and workplaces are becoming increasingly diverse. With this diversity comes the shared responsibility to become educated and practice cultural proficiency. A part of this too is being able to communicate with and share the unique talents and cultural observations of each of our educators, students, families and community members.
