My leadership philosophy has changed slightly over the years but the main pieces remain constant. That a strong leader is first and foremost a learner who shares their knowledge to support others, leads by example, and leads with honesty, integrity, and open-mindedness.

Having an emotionally intelligent leader helps to support the needs and successes of those around them. Self-development of emotional intelligence helps the leader make wise choices and in turn help and develop others.

As a learning leader, it is important to stay up to date with trends, research, and discipline development. This includes not only the discipline or course you are teaching but also general teaching and learning pedagogies, methods and best practices.

I believe that the effectiveness and products of any school and the success of their students is largely affected by the school culture and engagement that school has with stakeholders

This is my log of hours that documents all my hours from all domains.
